Carmelo’s menu style is to cater to your needs within our repertoire of specialties. You’ve had pizza 1,000 times before, but unless you’ve been to Naples—the birthplace of pizza—you’ve probably never had the kind of mouth watering thin crust Neapolitan-style pizza we serve. We use San Marzano tomatoes and Fresh mozzarella, herb infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the finest dough to ensure that our pizza is the very best you’ve ever tasted.

We also love making delicious garden salads using fresh colorful seasonal fruit and vegetables. Guests rave about our dessert pizzas and some of the other light finger foods we make, including mozzarella, tomato and basil, prosciutto and melon, and roasted dates stuffed with goat cheese.

At Carmelo’s, we don’t serve tired banquet hall fare like baked ziti in a chafing dish warmed over Sterno fuel cans. Hell no! Our menu is anything but generic, and a picture is worth a thousands words.
